Clara Jones
Prior to getting married Clara was known as Clara Bowden. She was a Jehovah’s Witness who spent much of her time walking house to house persuading people into conversion. Soon, Clara meets Ryan Topps and forgoes her religion and picks up on his lifestyle. After a scooter accident with Ryan, Clara crashes into a tree and loses her teeth, a symbolic representation of her loss of faith.
Later, Clara meets Archie Jones. Though she seems to be uninterested in the relationship and he is twice her age, she marries him. Archie and Clara have a daughter by the name of Irie Jones. Clara is very much concerned for the well being and quality of life of her daughter.
Alsana Begum
Alsana is married to Samad Iqbal. Alsana was promised to Samad and his family before birth. Alsana and Samad have two twin sons by the names of Magid and Millat. To help meet ends meet, Alsana works sewing cloths at an S&M shop. Alsana is known to have a bad temper and often gets into conflicts with her husband.
